**NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.**

These Official Rules govern the 717 Notary LLC Vehicle Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

## 1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by 717 Notary LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company with its principal place of business at 171 S. Lancaster Street, Jonestown, PA (the "Sponsor").

## 2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who possess a valid driver's license OR a valid Identification Card from the department of transportation. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

## 3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on December 27, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

## 4. How to Enter- 

To enter, visit the Sponsor's  website at 717notary.com and complete the official entry form with your full name, address, phone number, and date of birth. 

Alternative Way to Enter- Alternatively, for a free alternative method of entry ("AMOE"), mail a handwritten postcard with your full name, address, phone number, and date of birth to: 717 Notary LLC Vehicle Giveaway, 171 S Lancaster Street. Jonestown, PA 17038. Mailed entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received no later than five (5) days after the end of the Entry Period. 

Alternative Way to Enter- Alternatively, for a free alternative method of entry ("AMOE"), Visit any of our locations and enter to win in person.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Automated, scripted, or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

## 5. Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) vehicle, specifically a 2015 Nissan Sentra, Sedan, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $4,900.00 (the "Prize"). The ARV is based on manufacturer's suggested retail price and may vary. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided. The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, beyond any standard manufacturer's warranty.

The winner must take delivery of the Prize at a location designated by the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of notification. The winner must provide proof of a valid driver's license OR Valid Identification Card issued by Department of Transportation and current automobile insurance prior to taking delivery. The Sponsor will handle the transfer of title to the winner, but the winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with title transfer, registration, licensing, insurance, emissions testing, and any other fees or expenses related to acceptance, ownership, or use of the Prize.

## 6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

## 7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about April 4, 2026, by the Sponsor or its designated representative. The potential winner will be notified by phone within five (5) days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails to return any required documents within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

Before being declared the winner, the potential winner must sign and return, within ten (10) days of notification: (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release; (b) IRS Form W-9; and (c) any other documents required by the Sponsor. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.

## 8. Taxes and Reporting

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, on the value of the Prize. The ARV of the Prize will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC if it exceeds $600. The winner must provide the Sponsor with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. The Sponsor reserves the right to withhold any portion of the Prize as required by law.

## 9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and hometown/state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

## 10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the Prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to property.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention; or (d) any other errors or problems that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.

## 11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

## 12. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.

## 13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is private and we do not share your information with anyone. Only the winner’s name will be public, after all forms are signed/returned. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes.

## 14. Winner Name

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 717 Notary LLC Vehicle Giveaway Winner name, 171 S Lancaster Street, Jonestown, PA, within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.

## 15. Compliance

This Sweepstakes is intended to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to Pennsylvania's Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law and laws governing promotional sweepstakes. It is structured as a game of chance with no consideration required to enter, thereby avoiding classification as an illegal lottery under Pennsylvania law.
